The partnership with the Kellerwald-Edersee National Park thrives on exchange, shared goals, and people who are passionately committed to the region. At this year’s partner meeting at the Landhaus and Romantikhotel Bärenmühle, numerous partner businesses came together to network, learn about news, and collectively look toward the future of our unique natural and cultural landscape.

Kick-off to the Partner Meeting in a Special Cultural Landscape

Before the official part began, a joint hike led through the idyllic Lengeltal. The diverse landscape impressively demonstrated how closely nature, culture, and regional history are intertwined. Passing one of the historic mills, participants had the opportunity to experience the beauty and diversity of the region in a particularly authentic way.

The Lengeltal is one of the charming landscapes surrounding the National Park and impressively illustrates why so many guests choose a vacation in the Kellerwald Edersee region year after year.

Exchange, Encounters, and New Inspiration

Afterward, the Bärenmühle team welcomed the partners in a pleasant atmosphere for an afternoon full of conversation and encounters. Over small appetizers and regional specialties, numerous interesting discussions took place between hosts, tourism stakeholders, and representatives of the protected areas.

The focus was on current information and news from the Kellerwald-Edersee National Park as well as from the Kellerwald-Edersee Nature Park. The developments presented showed once again how important the close cooperation of all partners is for sustainable and high-quality tourism in the region.

Welcoming New Partners

A special highlight of the program was the ceremonial presentation of partner certificates and partner signs to two newly admitted partner businesses. At the same time, certificates were presented to the successfully recertified partners.

These awards stand for quality, regionality, and the shared responsibility to bring guests closer to the nature and special features of the region. They are also a visible sign of the high level of identification of the participating businesses with the National Park and its values.

At the end of the meeting, there was sufficient time for personal exchange. In a relaxed atmosphere, experiences were shared, ideas discussed, and new contacts made.
