Accessibility Statement
General
We strive to ensure that our services are accessible to people with disabilities.
We firmly believe that every person has the right to live with dignity, equality, comfort, and independence. Therefore, we invest a significant amount of resources to ensure that this website is easier to use and accessible for people with disabilities.
Accessibility Widget
We provide an accessibility widget on this website, which is powered by a dedicated accessibility server. The software allows the website to improve its compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.
You can activate the accessibility menu by clicking the accessibility menu icon that appears in the corner of the page. After opening the accessibility menu, please wait a moment for it to load completely.
Continuous Improvement
In our ongoing effort to continuously improve and resolve accessibility issues, we regularly scan the website to identify and address potential barriers.
Despite our efforts to make all pages and content fully accessible, some content may not yet be fully adapted to the strictest standards. This may be because the most appropriate technological solution has not yet been found.
Contact and Feedback
If you wish to report a problem, have questions, or need assistance, please send us an email at info@overlook-lodge.de with the subject line “Accessibility” and a description of the feature you believe is not fully accessible, or a suggestion for improvement.
We take your feedback seriously and will consider it as we evaluate how to accommodate all our customers and improve our overall accessibility policies.
Third-Party Content
While we have no control over these providers, we strongly encourage third-party digital content providers to provide content that is accessible and user-friendly.
If you have any questions or suggestions, please feel free to contact us directly.
