Notes on your booking:
Booking Price
The booking price includes electricity consumption (100% natural electricity), water consumption, bed linen, tourism tax, towels, final cleaning, and an initial supply of: soap/shower gel, coffee beans for the machine, dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, laundry detergent, salt/pepper/sugar/various spices. (Nightly rates depend on the booking period, prices incl. VAT).
In the event of a short-term cancellation, the guest is obliged, depending on the period, to pay part of the agreed price as compensation.
A cancellation must be made in writing (email or by post).
The compensation amounts to:
- up to 14 days before the arrival date 100% of the agreed price
- up to 7 days before the arrival date 50% of the agreed price
- No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.
MeineCardPLUS
Go on a discovery tour through the GrimmHeimat. The MeineCardPlus is your ticket to the leisure world of North Hesse. Free use of over 160 leisure activities as well as buses and trains. From fun swimming (e.g. free entry to the Marienhagen swimming pool) to high-quality museums or expeditions into the world of mining to very special city tours – simply show your MeineCardPlus at the ticket office – you pay nothing, all MeineCardPlus services are all-inclusive. The MeineCardPlus is valid from your arrival day until the end of the departure day. The MeineCardPlus is included for every guest specified in the booking (max. 6 people). After booking, you will receive a link to a form in which you please enter all guests (incl. children under 6 years). You will then receive the MeineCard+ by email.

The booking becomes binding upon receipt of payment.
In the event of late payment, COZY HOMES [Apartment 54, Overlook Lodge] (Sabine Zeides) may withdraw from the contract; non-payment is considered a withdrawal and entitles the property to be re-let.
Additional costs for water, heating, electricity (excluding charging station for electric cars), visitor’s tax/tourism tax, waste, and final cleaning are included in the rental price and are not charged separately.
Payment Methods:
Directly in the booking tool via Stripe Connect: PayPal, credit card, Bancontact, EPS, Apple Pay, Klarna, PayNow, and invoice (bank transfer). Invoices are generated regardless of the payment method used.
Payment by Invoice / Bank Transfer
When paying by “invoice”, please make a bank transfer to the account DE55 5235 0005 0000 1019 07 (Sabine Zeides) at Sparkasse Waldeck Frankenberg (HELADEF1KOR) with the booking number as the reference.
A deposit of 20% of the booking price is due at or immediately after booking (depending on the chosen payment method). The remaining payment must be made up to 7 days before the start of the booking. For bookings made less than 7 days before check-in, the entire amount is due immediately.
Tourism Tax (Already included in the booking price)
It amounts to €1.00 per person per day throughout the municipality.
Children up to the age of 6 are exempt but must also be registered. More information at: www.voehl.de.
